That is the problem I started Ruby Y Consulting to solve.

I am a Senior Product Manager with over 10 years building Trust & Safety solutions from 0 to 1 at Fortune companies. Over that time I hired, mentored and supported 300+ professionals. I have sat on the other side of the table and watched two equally qualified people walk away with very different outcomes. The difference is almost never talent. It is whether they could make a stranger see their value in 30 minutes.

So that is what we build together. Your story, your proof, your language for work that is complex and easy to undersell.

My coaching is practical and personal. No templates churned out by AI. No generic advice. Every resume edit and every session is done by me, informed by a decade of real hiring decisions in this exact field.
