Let me take you on a quick journey through my colorful world of Product Management, where every day is a new adventure in building Trust and Safety within the digital space.

My career has been quite an exciting ride. I began it in Hong Kong’s banking industry. Next I became a Fraud Solution Program Manager in Starbucks launching fraud solutions from 0 to 1 for more than ten markets around the world.

As I dove deeper into the world of Trust and Safety, I decided to pivot my career from Program to Product Manager. The real fun began when I rolled up my sleeves work as a Product Manager from marketplace for customer at Mercari to payroll solution for B2B.

When I pivoted my career journey in Trust and Safety, I realized there weren’t many resources or college degrees that would help me in this field. Even the term “Trust and Safety” was new to me until I began to work with my mentor in my new position.

To add to my new challenges, I found that being a working mom while pivoting to a product role wasn’t easy. It took all the determination and discipline that I could muster. If you’re on the same path as I was, balancing motherhood and the workplace, you’re not alone. I’m here to support you!
