I'm a Senior Product Manager with over 10 years of experience building trust & safety solutions from 0→1 at Fortune companies. Throughout my career, I've hired, mentored, and supported 300+ professionals — and I've seen firsthand what separates the candidates who get the offer from those who don't.

I started Ruby Y Consulting because too many talented professionals in Trust & Safety, Compliance, and AI Governance struggle to tell their story. The work is complex, often invisible when done well, and hard to translate into a resume or an interview answer. I help bridge that gap.

My coaching is practical and personal. No templates churned out by AI, no generic advice — every resume edit, every session, is done by me, informed by a decade of real hiring decisions in this exact field.
