Live sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not eligible for refunds.

Due to the nature of personalized services, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be offered once work has begun or once a review/video has been delivered.
